1. Applicability

1.1. These general terms and conditions apply to all offers, orders, deliveries, and agreements between GreenGrav Wheels and the customer.

1.2. By placing an order, the customer agrees to these terms and conditions.

1.3. Deviations from these terms and conditions are only valid if confirmed in writing by GreenGrav Wheels.

2. Products

2.1. GreenGrav Wheels sells ultralight carbon gravel wheels and related components.

2.2. All products are assembled, tested, and inspected with the utmost care.

2.3. Weights, colours and specifications may vary within a small margin ( /- 30 grams) due to manual production.

2.4. GreenGrav Wheels is not liable for damage caused by incorrect use, installation, or maintenance of the products.

3. Ordering and Payment

3.1. Orders can be placed via the website, Marktplaats, or direct sales.

3.2. Payment must be made in full prior to delivery, using the payment methods offered (iDEAL, Klarna, bank transfer, etc.).

3.3. The order is only final after receipt of payment and confirmation by email.

3.4. All prices are in euros and include VAT, unless stated otherwise.

4. Delivery and Shipping Costs

4.1. Delivery will take place within the specified timeframe. GreenGrav Wheels is not liable for delays caused by carriers or force majeure.

4.2. Shipping within the Netherlands is done via reliable carriers (e.g. DHL, PostNL).

4.3. Any shipping costs will be stated at checkout.

4.4. Damage to the product due to transport must be reported within 48 hours of receipt.

5. Warranty

5.1. All new wheelsets are covered by a 2-year warranty from the date of purchase.

5.2. The warranty covers manufacturing and material defects, but not:

Damage from falls, curbs or collisions.

Damage due to improper use, incorrect installation or excessive tire pressure.

Normal wear and tear on bearings, hubs, spokes, or finish.

5.3. In the event of a warranty claim, GreenGrav Wheels may choose to repair, replace, or compensate as appropriate.

5.4. The customer must always first contact us by email with photos of the problem.

6. Returns (Right of withdrawal)

6.1. The customer has the right to cancel the purchase within 14 days of receipt.

6.2. Returns are only possible if the product:

Unused, undamaged and unassembled.

Is returned in original packaging.

6.3. The customer bears the costs and risk of return shipment.

6.4. After receipt and inspection, the purchase amount will be refunded within 7 days.

6.5. Products that have been used or installed cannot be returned.

7. Liability

7.1. GreenGrav Wheels is not liable for:

Indirect or consequential damage.

Injury or damage resulting from use of the product in competitions or off-road conditions.

7.2. Total liability remains limited to the purchase amount.

8. Force Majeure

8.1. GreenGrav Wheels is not obligated to fulfill its obligations in the event of force majeure, such as natural disasters, supplier delays, transportation problems, or other circumstances beyond its control.

9. Privacy

9.1. Personal data will be used exclusively for processing orders, shipping, and communication.

9.2. Data will never be shared with third parties without permission.

10. Applicable law

10.1. All agreements are governed by Dutch law.

10.2. Disputes will be submitted to the court in Rotterdam, unless the law provides otherwise.
