At GreenGrav Wheels, quality and honesty are paramount. We want you to ride with confidence—but if anything goes wrong, here's exactly what to expect.

🏠 Returns (right of withdrawal)

You can return your order within 14 days of receipt.

This is allowed without giving a reason, as long as the product:

Is unused and undamaged.

Not mounted or ridden.

Is returned in original packaging.

After receipt and inspection, we will refund the purchase amount to your account within 7 days.

📦 Please note:

You will be responsible for paying for your return shipping costs, unless the error is ours (e.g. incorrect delivery or damage on arrival).

🧰 Guarantee

All our carbon gravel wheels come with a 2-year warranty against material and manufacturing defects.

We carefully check every set before shipping, but if there is anything wrong:

Please contact us at info@greengravwheels.com with clear photos of the problem and your order number.

We will assess whether it is covered by the warranty.

If so, we will repair or replace the product free of charge.

⚠️ Warranty does not apply to:

Damage from falls, curbs or collisions.

Overload or excessive tire pressure.

Incorrect mounting of tires or disc brakes.

Normal wear and tear of bearings, hubs, spokes or finish.

Use in competitions where the wheels have suffered damage due to external factors.

🧾 Warranty handling

After assessment we will let you know whether:

The set can be repaired (we will arrange this with our factory), or

You are entitled to a replacement or partial refund.

Our goal: always a fair solution, without unnecessary hassle.
